The employer does not have the right to unilaterally increase the length of the working day (shift) employee. An employee is not obliged to stay after working hours to finish unfinished work without the employer issuing an order to engage in overtime work. An employee who has accepted a shift is obliged to finish the work of the previous employee, if this work is included in his official duties.
